Homeowner Discount Success!

Our efforts have paid off! I was notified today by Allstate that, indeed, my final policy discount requests have been approved. That is, after I sent them photos taken by my husband of the attic roof deck clips and the hip roof. This additional discount will save me $300. Add that to the $700 already saved by increasing my deductibles, and my Florida homeowners insurance policy will cost me $1000 less than last year. Can you believe that? Next, let's tackle taxes.
